We shall focus on Anahata, the Heart Chakra – the home of unconditional love, connection and our true self. Being the centre of our bodies on a physical level, also functioning as the meeting point between the three lower chakras and the three upper chakras on a metaphysical level, it is indeed a very important part of us.

This is where the primal, worldly confines of the lower chakras are transcended as we move towards a greater awareness and higher consciousness; where matter and spirit meets. When the Heart Chakra is open and balanced, we are able to give and receive love freely; kindness and peace replaces fear and doubt; joy and bliss becomes omnipresent as gratitude and compassion embodies our very being.

Let us listen deeply to our hearts, tap into the unlimited potential of this powerful centre in us as open up the heart to endless possibilities! We invite you to come learn playful and efficient ways to work on the Heart Centre in a safe, non-judgemental and super supportive environment with like-minded folks, especially to benefit from the empowering group energy!

Enriched with over 10 years of teaching experience, Josephine Ong is the founder and leading therapist of Shantih Shala Holistic Arts (SSHA).

Josephine is a skilled Wellness Therapist, Energy Healer, Yoga Teacher and Personal Trainer internationally recognized by Yoga Alliance, Yoga Arts Australia, Sivananda Vedante (Institute) Training Academy of Chennai (India) and ACE (American Council On Exercise).

Since 2008, Shantih Shala Holistic Arts (SSHA) was founded to serve as a platform promoting empowerment through the healing arts, specifically via Holistic practices to manage the Mind, Body and Heart. With the mission of helping others to empower themselves on a physical, mental and emotional level holistically, SSHA offers effective, high quality skills and practical professional expertise.

Working holistically means working the Mind, Body and Heart as a whole, complete entity. Private sessions, specialized workshops and immersion courses focusing on these three elements all target to address your specific needs and achieve your goals. ‘Mind’ practices include Counseling, Meditation, Pranayama (breath work), Regression Journey, Spiritual Sound Journeys (SSJ); ‘Body’ practices include Intuitive Bodywork, Yoga Therapy; ‘Heart’ practices include Energy Work, Reiki, Sound Therapy, Crystal Balancing, and more.

Visual Researcher, Sound & Performing Artist

Elena Kilina is from Russia (Siberia), doing PHD in university UNICAMP in Campinas in Brazil on the social science faculty with focus with the major in visual anthropology, urbanism and Asian studies.

PHD fellow of Tongji University collaborating with DESIS LAB at the design and innovation department and having a fellowship from the social science faculty of Fudan University in Shanghai

Her project is on the base of BRICS intending to compare dynamics of public places and interactions in megapolices of Brazil and China.

Ankar Arken, A Xinjiang-born sound artist raised and educated in London musical scene, usedto produce music for London Fashion Week, Shanghai Fashion Week, and Dior.

Since 2013, Ankar’s main research & performing realm is Musique Concrete and Electro acoustic Music, and performed together with well-known avant-garde sound artist David Toop in Ryans Bar, the iconic art venue in the West. Ankarc hallenges the conflict between natural reality and technical virtuality by his works traveling freely on unleashing tranquil energies all the way to raging extremes. Ankar, a literally “painter” in sound world to paint your magic dreamy scenes.

Ankar Arken，一位出生于新疆，成长于伦敦音乐土壤的声音艺术家。先后为伦敦时装周，上海时装周，Dior等品牌提供音乐制作。2013至今主要研究MUSIQUE CONCRETE具象音乐以及Electroacoustic Music，2015年与当代先锋声音艺术家David Toop等人在西方声音艺术胜地RYANS BAR进行即兴表演。其作品触及自然现实与科技虚拟之间的矛盾，游走在静谧与狂暴之间，如画家般为你描绘出内心难得一窥的梦境。

SSJ (Spiritual Sound Journey) is a unique, meditative journey of the senses especially focusing on sounds and vibrations. Created by Shantih Shala Holistic Arts since 2013, the original Sound Journey sessions has evolved into the Shamanic Sound Journey, and now as Spiritual Sound Journey today. Since then many creative collaborations has taken place with various talented facilitators and musicians, creating beautiful memories along the way, with many more to come! Its characteristic trademarks are practices of SBM (Sound/Breath/Movement), Meditation, Sound Therapy work accompanied by live music and sounds, creating an deeply grounding process. Highly creative, interactive, experimental and always different every time, it is a powerful group session to awaken ourselves while connecting with like-minded souls.

灵性音疗工作坊特别关注于声音与连续动作的变化, 是一趟独特的动感冥想旅程。其最典型的特征是将声音、呼吸、动作与冥想相结合的一种疗愈方式。在课程期间,会有现场音乐和声音加入,共同创造出一个深度与自身连接的疗愈过程。具有高度创造性、充满活力和创新,并且每一次的经历完全不同 ,这更是一种非常有力量的集体课程:在与其他相似灵魂连接之时,实现自我觉醒。

这不是演出，我们的目的并非来取悦你。大家不是观众而是参与者, 全程所发生的一切即是引导者和你们共同创造的美好故事! 现场即兴音乐和声音、当下的气氛、你为他的呼吸、自发的动作，没有了语言的障碍，除掉评判和要求，我们可以放下内心的围墙，释放所有的压抑与约束，允许情绪真情流露出来，当下的心情将带动一切，好让头脑彻底歇一歇。自然而然的，你发现做回最真实的你，也就是最美、最幸福的你是那么的美好和容易！
