This is especially useful for those who live busy lifestyles and travel often, whereby scheduling regular sessions greatly assist in providing a healthy mirror for self-reflection, keeping track of your practice, staying inspired, remaining motivated while receiving consistent guidance and support; or simply having a neutral and compassionate ear to talk to.
These sessions has shown to effectively improve our general well-being through stress release, reconnecting with yourself, acknowledging your emotions, analyzing your thought process, gaining clarity and so much more.

Within a safe and private space, you will be invited to openly share your thoughts and stories, gradually being guided to practice simple Meditation and relaxation techniques, enjoy a grounding and healing Sound Therapy session, ending with a Q&A sharing and feedback session.
Each session includes:
- Counseling / Life Coaching
- Guided Meditation and relaxation practices via Yogic breath work, Mindfulness, Sound/Breath/Movement etc. as needed

- Secure your booking via WeChat, Facebook, email or Skype with payment at least 5 days in advance
- Fill out and send back to us the consent form
- Confirm which social media platform or App preferred: WeChat, Skype, Facebook or Zoom
FAQ: what should I prepare prior to the session?
- Avoid alcohol and strong substances at least 24~48 hours before the session
- Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows easy and free movement
- Remove all jewelry, watches and belts
- Switch off all phones and other devices, eliminate all distractions or disturbances
- Pen and paper for taking notes
- Prepare a quiet, comfortable and preferably darkened space (low lighting or candles would be ideal) to sit or lie down, or somewhere peaceful in nature
- Have some drinking water or tea, blanket, cushion and eye shade nearby
- Ensure a good, steady internet connection with clear reception
- Use headphones for better audio quality (if preferred)
- Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration and assist the detoxification process
- For your own safety, please do not drive a vehicle, operate machinery and schedule any important meetings after the session – you may still feel very relaxed, sleepy, spacey, possibly emotionally raw and sensitive too. Ideally you can go home to rest, ground yourself further and fully process your experience

FAQ: Notes, bookings & cancellations
- All bookings are based on a first-come-first-serve basis and are to be made at least 5 days in advance
- Pass holders will enjoy booking priority
- Please kindly pay a non-refundable 25% deposit to secure your booking (for standard single sessions)
- Cancellations up to 36 hours ahead will be pardoned, the deposit will be forfeited for cancellations less than 36 hours ahead and no shows (for standard single sessions)
- All sessions are 60-mins unless stated otherwise
